Backyard Biomedical is committed to the health of our patients. However, due to the ongoing global pandemic caused by COVID-19, development of the Fetal pH Analyzer is being put on pause.
We have responded to the cause and are now in the process of designing and developing comfortable N-95 masks.
Our New Direction
Essential workers that are required to wear masks for countless hours each day are experiencing bruising and lacerations on the face and head area. Here at Backyard Biomedical, we see this need and are developing a mask made of flexible, biocompatible, and gentle materials to relieve this pain. We are working closely with our partners at UCI Applied Innovation and BioENGINE to ensure these reach our first responders as soon as possible.
